“We Will Ask FBI to Investigate" Gachagua Calls for US Intervention in Kenya Over Helicopter Crash

DCP Party Leader Rigathi Gachagua has urged the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to intervene in the investigation into the recent helicopter crash that claimed the life of Emurua Dikirr MP Johana Ngeno.

Speaking during a church service in Nyandarua County, Gachagua said he does not trust Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen to oversee the probe.

He alleged that the investigation may not be conducted transparently under the current leadership at the Interior Ministry.

Gachagua stated that if President William Ruto does not ask Murkomen to step aside to allow for independent investigations, they will formally request the FBI to step in and carry out an independent inquiry into the air crash.

“If William Ruto does not ask Murkomen to step aside, we will ask the FBI to come and conduct an independent investigation into the air crash that claimed the life of Johana Ngeno,” Gachagua said.
