Major Setback for Gachagua After AG Tells High Court Judges Have No Power to Reverse His Impeachment

Attorney-General Dorcas Oduor has come out in support of the impeachment of Rigathi Gachagua as the Deputy President at the High Court.

The AG argued that the courts have no powers to review the impeachment of a person elected in a political manner by the National Assembly.
