Sisi Sio Wajinga, Havi Finally Speaks On Tuju's Escapades After Goons Attacked His Karen Property

The recent attack by goons on property belonging to the former Jubilee Secretary General, Raphael Tuju has been the talk of the nation, with a section of Kenyans even blaming the Government and accusing the State of orchestrating the incident.

Vocal city Lawyer and former LSK Chair Nelson Havi, has finally broken his silence over the matter in a bold message through his official X page.

According to the SC, having a debt or defaulting should not warrant such actions on anyone's property.

In his statement, Havi has argued that everyone has a debt including the Government of Kenya, making it clear that Raphael Tuju's case is not special.

"Listen friends and enemies, the issue is not whether Raphael Tuju and his companies are in debt or default. Everyone is. In fact, the Government of Kenya is in debt and in default." Stated the former LSK President.

Havi has argued that if defaulters should be treated in the manner Raphael Tuju has been treated, it would also warrant that goons be send to the Government offices to fish out all those in debt or corrupt.

Havi has insisted that everyone in Kenya is broke and the former Jubilee Secretary General should not be treated as the only person that owes million to his creditors.

"We are all broke. I am. You are. The Government of Kenya is. It has admitted so time without number. We are not foolish my friends." He added.
