President William Ruto has launched a scathing attack on his critics over the ongoing leadership wrangles at Nairobi Hospital, dismissing the opposition as “brainless” and accusing them of exploiting the crisis for publicity.
In strongly worded remarks, Ruto said the governance challenges facing the hospital were being sensationalized by opponents seeking “cheap headlines and attention,” instead of offering meaningful solutions to the issues at hand.
The President, who serves as Patron of the institution, vowed to take firm action against individuals he described as fraudsters, charlatans, and conmen allegedly undermining the hospital’s operations.
He emphasized that he would not allow the facility’s reputation to be destroyed by self-serving interests.
Ruto further assured that those found culpable would face the full force of the law, signaling a no-nonsense approach to restoring order at one of the country’s leading private medical institutions.
He reiterated that Nairobi Hospital was founded on strong values of integrity, service, and excellence, warning that these principles would not be compromised under his watch.
The Head of State promised decisive intervention, stating that sanity would be restored and order would prevail as authorities move to resolve the ongoing disputes within the hospital’s leadership.
