It was not just one thing. It was everything. I feared failure, I feared people’s opinions, and most of all, I feared facing the problems I knew were slowly destroying my peace. Instead of dealing with them, I kept avoiding them, hoping they would somehow disappear on their own.

But they never did. Each day, the fear grew stronger. I avoided important conversations, delayed decisions, and stayed in situations that were clearly not right for me. From the outside, I looked okay, but inside, I was constantly anxious and restless.

It reached a point where I could not even trust myself. Nights were the hardest. I would overthink everything, imagining the worst outcomes.
