"I'm Ready To Pay A Price For Kenyans" Osotsi Finally Breaks Silence over His Outster Sends this Bold Message

Vihiga Senator Godfrey Osotsi has issued a strong official statement after two rival ODM meetings took place in Nairobi yesterday. He says Kenyans can now clearly see where the real spirit and legacy of Raila Odinga truly lies.

Osotsi condemned the heavy police presence that tried to block access to Ufungamano House, where the Linda Mwananchi faction held its People’s National Delegates Convention (NDC).

Despite the barricades, the will of the people won, and the meeting went ahead successfully. He accused the Kenya Kwanza regime of panicking and using state power to disrupt opposition party affairs.

“This is a direct attack on multiparty democracy,” Osotsi said. He pointed out that even during Daniel arap Moi’s dictatorial era, the state avoided interfering in internal party disputes like the Ford wrangles.

Today, however, the government appears deeply involved in ODM matters, confirming fears that the rival Linda Ground faction is being controlled from State House and “fattened for political slaughter.”

Osotsi described the police role at the Linda Ground event as mere security, but at Ufungamano, their actions looked like deliberate intimidation and disruption.

He rejected the leadership changes made at the other gathering, saying it was irregular, poorly attended by genuine delegates, and violated the party constitution. The real members, he insisted, were at Ufungamano.

He revealed that after Edwin Sifuna’s controversial removal as Secretary General in Mombasa, he was offered the same post but turned it down.

Osotsi refused to betray his colleague or accept a lower rank, a decision that angered some plotters. He also dismissed claims that the ten-point agenda has been fully implemented, saying ground realities tell a different story.

Although he has strong legal grounds to challenge his removal as Deputy Party Leader in court, Osotsi chose not to go to litigation.

Instead, he will focus his energy on defending true ODM ideals and pushing for national transformation.

“I am not a politician who can be intimidated or ruled by fear,” he declared. “I am ready to pay any price for a better Kenya.”

Osotsi called on supporters to stay calm, firm, and focused. He warned that some party members now act like surrogates for UDA while their own bases face threats.

The events, he said, do not help democratic growth in the country.

The statement ends with a firm resolve: the fight for genuine democracy and meaningful change for all Kenyans continues. God bless Kenya.
