"They're All The Same" Miguna Exposes Why Gachagua And Most Ruto Rivals Don’t Qualify to Lead Kenya

Prominent Kenyan political activist Miguna Miguna has warned those calling for the removal of William Ruto to think carefully about who would replace him.

Miguna said that removing a president without a clear and strong alternative leader would not help the country.

According to him, the next leader must be independent and ready to make decisions that put Kenya’s interests first, not the interests of foreign powers.

He stressed that Kenya needs a leader who is not influenced by Western countries. In his view, replacing one leader with another who follows outside control will only repeat the same problems.

Miguna also spoke about other African leaders, including Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, Paul Biya, and Samia Suluhu Hassan.

He argued that simply removing leaders without changing the system behind them does not bring real change.

“Replacing a tyrant like Ruto, Museveni, Biya or Suluhu with another Western imperialist mascot is a waste of time. It amounts to recycling cancer,” Miguna said.

His remarks suggest that he is unlikely to support many of the current opposition figures challenging President Ruto, as he believes they are also connected to Western interests.

Miguna also pointed to Rigathi Gachagua as someone he may not align with politically, due to his relationship with foreign powers like Ruto.

He further stated that Africa can only move forward if leaders who serve foreign interests are removed from power.

Miguna warned politicians that focusing only on removing Ruto without deeper changes would not solve the country’s problems.
