Eyes on Ruto as Uhuru Kenyatta Urges Mt Kenya Not to Repeat 2022 Political Mistakes Ahead of 2027

The head of state, Dr William Ruto, together with his allies have been doubling their efforts to ensure that come next general election they defend their seats. 

However, this might face an uphill task following the series of rallies and meetings the broader opposition team have been having with main aim of making Kenya Kwanza administration one term.

The former head of state, Hon Uhuru Kenyatta, who campaigned for the late former prime minister, Hon Raila Odinga, against the current president in the last general election today made a bold statement that might influence the next general election. 

According to Uhuru Kenyatta, he pleaded with the Mt Kenya region not to repeat political mistake they made during the last general election. 

He also pleaded with the clergy not to divert their attention but should remain focus on spiritual nourishment.
