According to reports, the US government has raised fresh concerns over widespread corruption in Kenya, warning that the vice continues to undermine fair trade and investment.

Meanwhile, former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has said that Ksh 50 billion was stolen from the Social Health Authority.
Rigathi, who was speaking about the issue of health in Kenya, said that the Social Health Authority was going to collapse in 6 months and urged hospitals to demand upfront payment from the government to prevent what he termed as a health crisis in Kenya.
The former Deputy President of Kenya also criticized President William Ruto's administration over the disappearance and abduction of government critics, saying that the opposition is going to put an end to all of these if given an opportunity to lead the country.
