What OCS Told Tuju’s Son After His Vehicle Was Found Abandoned on a Lonely Path

Former Cabinet Secretary Raphael Tuju has reportedly gone missing, sparking concern among his family and close associates.

According to relatives, Tuju was last seen on the evening of Saturday, March 21. Since then, his mobile phone has been switched off, raising anxiety over his whereabouts. The family has since appealed for information that could help trace him.

The situation took a worrying turn after his vehicle was discovered abandoned in Nairobi. Reports indicate that the car was found along Miotoni Lane, an area within the Karen neighborhood.

Tuju’s son, Mano Tuju, revealed that he was informed about the discovery by officers from Karen Police Station.

The Officer Commanding Station (OCS) reportedly contacted him and confirmed that the vehicle had been located with no sign of its owner.

The unexpected disappearance has drawn public attention, given Tuju’s prominence in Kenyan politics. He previously served as Cabinet Secretary and also held the influential role of Secretary General of the Jubilee Party.

Adding to the mystery, Tuju had been scheduled for a media appearance on Ramogi FM at around 7pm on the same evening he went missing. His failure to attend the interview has further intensified speculation surrounding the incident.

Family members have expressed deep concern, noting that it is unusual for him to go offline without informing anyone. They have urged security agencies to expedite investigations and establish what may have happened.

Authorities are yet to issue a detailed statement regarding the case, but investigations are expected to focus on tracing his last known movements and any possible leads linked to the abandoned vehicle.

As the search continues, Kenyans remain hopeful for his safe return. More details are expected to emerge as police and family members piece together the events leading up to his disappearance.
