Democracy for the Citizens Party (DCP) leader Hon Rigathi Gachagua has finally spilled the beans, after disclosing to the public vocal Member of Parliament who allegedly received threats from the Head of State His Excellency President William Ruto, for allegedly being against his (Gachagua) unceremonious ouster from office through an impeachment.
While speaking during a church service on Sunday, 1st March 2026, Rigathi Gachagua indicated that before he was hounded out of office by his former Boss Hon Dr William Ruto, late Member of Parliament Johanna Ng'eno was summoned and he was threatened that he would endure dire consequences had he failed to sign the impeachment papers that would eject him from office.
As a result, Rigathi Gachagua went on to allege that he was forced to pursuade Hon Ng'eno to sign the impeachment papers, simply for the sake of his life and that of his innocent family and also because William Ruto had allegedly bribed the lawmakers, to support the impeachment plot.
Aside from that, Gachagua went on to allege that current Member of Parliament for Nyali constituency in Mombasa county, Hon Mohamed Ali also endured the same fate of threats and intimidation from President William Ruto, and he was quick to share the messages to him (Gachagua) to prove the rough ordeals that they were allegedly being forced to endure.
"The same happened to Mohamed Ali the MP for Nyali. He was also thoroughly intimidated and he shared with me messages that President William Ruto was sending them from the United States (U.S)." Rigathi Gachagua indicated while making his remarks.
