VIDEO: Sifuna Supporters Block Him Outside MP's Home in Bungoma, Ask The Senator To Do This To Them

Political drama unfolded in Bungoma when hundreds of youths surrounded the home of Kabuchai MP Majimbo Kalasinga and blocked Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna from entering.

The senator had arrived quietly for a private meeting with the MP. Instead he found an excited crowd waiting outside the compound. The youths demanded that he speak to them before any meeting could begin.

The unexpected gathering turned a simple visit into a lively political event. Supporters gathered at the gate and along the road leading to the residence.

Many chanted Sifuna’s name and waved their hands in excitement. Security and aides tried to create space but the crowd kept pushing forward.

The moment quickly became electric. Sifuna greeted the crowd and introduced himself in his usual bold style.

“Mnaniona vizuri? Mimi ndio Sifuna,” he said loudly. The crowd roared back with cheers and chants that echoed through the neighbourhood.

Many youths responded with the slogan “Sisi ndio kina Sifuna.” The chant has become popular among his supporters across Western Kenya.

People laughed and pushed closer to hear him better. Some climbed nearby walls and trees so they could see the senator clearly.

The visit was meant to be a private discussion between Sifuna and MP Majimbo Kalasinga. The two leaders have been working closely in recent months.

Kalasinga has openly defended the senator in party debates. He has also urged leaders in Western Kenya to support Sifuna.

Sifuna is the Secretary General of the Orange Democratic Movement. He has recently been active in the party’s grassroots movement known as Linda Mwananchi.

The group claims to defend the interests of ordinary citizens within the party. Their activities have gained attention as leaders prepare for the 2027 elections.

The scene showed Sifuna’s growing influence in the region. Even without a planned rally he managed to attract a large crowd. His ability to speak without amplification impressed many people who listened carefully to every word.
