Cheers in Mathioya After Ruto's Instructions " Mtu Asitoke Hapa Kabla Hajapangwa"

President Ruto left a crowd in cheers today in Mathioya, Murang'a following his instructions during a roadside rally.

The Head of State who began his two-day development tour in Murang'a today, made a stop over in Mathioya and addressed a roadside rally.

At one point, Ruto left the crowd elated after instructed that everyone who attended the rally be 'planned'. This is after area MP Edwin Mugo requested him to 'plan' the residents who had graced the rally. 

Ruto revealed that he will make arrangements with MP Mugo before instructing him to ensure no one leaves the rally before being 'planned'.

The President in his statements appeared to be hinting at dishing out cash to those who had attended his roadside rally.

"Mnasema niwapange. Huyu Mugo ndio anawapanganga Kila siku. Sasa leo mpango ni yangu? Alafu? Mtanipanga mbele? So niwapange Leo? Ndio tupangane wapi? 

Sasa huyu Mugo Mimi nitampanga. Na hawa watu wangu uwapange Kila mtu, mtu asitoke hapa kabla hajapangwa" President Ruto said causing cheers.
