Brian Kiptoo, a 28-year-old man from Eldoret, opens up about a long period in his life when he felt lost, uncertain, and without a clear sense of direction.

 For years, he moved from one activity to another without a strong purpose, unsure of what he truly wanted to achieve.

“I was just going through life without a plan,” Brian begins.
