“From Powerful Importer to Trapped Businessman” – Mombasa Tycoon’s Office Along Digo Road Besieged by Thousands of Bees After Disputed Fertilizer Deal

My name is Hassan, and I run a small transport company in Mombasa, near Nyali. For years, I worked closely with a wealthy importer named Salim.

He owned several wholesale shops along Digo Road and was known for sharp business tactics. At first, people admired his success. Later, they began to question his methods.

Salim had one habit that frustrated many partners he hoarded profits. Whenever joint deals were concluded, he would delay payments, manipulate accounting figures, and claim unexpected losses. Suppliers complained quietly, but no one challenged him openly because of his influence.

He believed money was power, and power meant silence. Last year, Salim secured one of the biggest fertilizer import deals at the Port of Mombasa. It was a partnership venture, and several investors expected a fair distribution of profits.

Instead, he transferred most of the earnings into hidden accounts and told everyone the shipment had incurred massive losses due to port charges.
Whispers began spreading among the affected partners. Some demanded transparency.

Others warned him that greed attracts strange consequences. Salim laughed it off. He said business was not charity.
Three nights later, something extraordinary happened.

Salim arrived at his office early the next morning to prepare for another shipment. As he approached the glass entrance, he froze. The entire front door was covered in a thick, moving mass. At first, he thought it was dirt or debris.

Then the sound became clear loud, aggressive buzzing. Thousands of bees had completely invaded his office entrance. Security guards stood at a distance, too afraid to approach. The insects were not randomly scattered. They were clustered thickly around the doorway, windows, and even inside through small ventilation gaps.

Staff members who tried to enter were chased away. Within hours, local authorities were called, assuming it was a natural swarm searching for a hive.
Bee specialists attempted removal. They cleared the doorway carefully, but by the following morning, the bees returned in even larger numbers. read more............
